Ingredients
- Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 250ml IPA
- 50ml fresh orange juice
- 4x ground beef patties
- 4x brioche burger rolld
- 4x pieces of green leaf lettuce
- 4x slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 strips Applewood smoked bacon, cooked
- Salt and ground pepper
Method
- Step 1
In a stainless steel bowl, mix the Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce, the IPA and the fresh orange juice. - Step 2
Reserve and refrigerate the sauce for up to 3 days. - Step 3
Prepare a gas, charcoal bbq, season burgers with salt and pepper and place on the bbq. Cook to a desired temperature. - Step 4
When ready, top burger with IPA sauce, bacon and cheddar cheese, and melt the cheese. - Step 5
Place the bottom piece of roll on the plate. Top with lettuce and tomato. - Step 6
Place burger patty on top of the tomato. - Step 7
Place top half of roll on burger - Step 8
Serve and enjoy with your choice of side.
